I am passionate about music and its ability to transform a person's feelings. My passion for music coupled with my passion for photography has greatly impacted my ability to compose for film.

I have been hearing complete compositions in my head since the age of four. I still do! Each composition always includes all orchestral instruments. I began playing piano 47 years ago and that led to flute, trumpet, guitar and French horn. I feel extremely blessed to have the ability to play these instruments because that expertise enables me to compose everything from elaborate orchestrations to simple supportive ambiance. I understand the nuance of all instruments, the important role they play in a composition and how their part in an arrangement produces emotion in the listener.
